Timetable Management on Tutor Platform

Timetable is designed to organize sessions, events and teachers' available hours on it. Click on the timetable icon on the header menu to add all the information. On the timetable you can

  • Add teachers' available hours (teachers can do it by themselves)
  • Add events
  • Schedule courses


To add teachers' available hours click on the Availability button, select a teacher, a course, set a date and hours or click on the custom switcher and add multiple weekdays, set hours, choose if this adjustment repeats or not.

To add events and sessions, click on the add button, select the event type, it can be a lesson or just an event, set the  name, if it is a lesson, you will need to choose the group, the teacher, add the dates and the event will be created. If it is just an event, instead of a teacher you just choose a speaker or leave line part empty.
